SyncUp Sport is an online platform that facilitates connections between individuals for recreational sports. We do not organize, supervise, or monitor these meetups. You acknowledge that participating in physical sports and meeting with people you connect with online involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or interpersonal conflict. You assume 100% of the risk associated with using this app and attending meetups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ampere Electric Cars Inc. (dba SyncUp Sport) and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of the app, your attendance at any meetup, or the actions of any other user you meet through the app.
You agree to treat all users with respect. You agree to only propose and attend meetups at verified, safe, public locations. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, harassment, or abuse. We reserve the right to ban any user at our sole discretion for violating community safety guidelines.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users. We do not verify the true identity of users beyond standard SMS/Email authentication. You are solely responsible for taking necessary safety precautions when interacting with other users.
